Haribo Lakrids A/S is looking for a Nordic Demand Planner

Haribo Nordics is looking for a Demand Planner who has an analytical mindset, is a self-starter and have ability to independently manage and maintain the demand planning processes, in close cooperation with our sales organization in the 4 Nordic countries. You will be part of the Supply Chain team working in our Nordic HQ in Vallensbæk and you will report to the Nordic Supply Chain Manager.


  • You will be the link between the commercial organizations in the 4 Nordic countries as well as our local production planning team located in Faxe.
  • You will be part of a team – working on the transition of the existing demand planning system into APO demand planning (Haribo intend to implement SAP/SPO in the coming years).
  • You will drive the demand planning processes as well look into further improvements of the current demand planning systems and tools.

Main tasks

  • Validate and deliver demand plan on a weekly and monthly basis, using existing business planning system as well current AS400 based ERP system.
  • Lead weekly / monthly demand planning meetings with Sales in the 4 Nordic countries and participate in Production Planning meetings.
  • Monitoring and pro-active management of SKU plan, promotions, and seasonality’s to ensure that lead times as well deadlines are met.
  • Present Demand Planning Accuracy and create action plans for improvements.
  • Coordinate Launches and Outphasings with SP, Nordic Commercial teams, Nordic Marketing and the production site in Faxe.
  • Drive the Nordic slow moving and obsolete process on a weekly base.
  • Back up on IC planning from Haribo’s production site outside of DK and on replenishment between the Nordic DCs.


  • You have a minimum 3-5 years professional experience with demand and supply planning – preferably from within FMCG.
  • You have a relevant educational background as e.g. at master's level, where statistics and numbers were a significant part of curriculum.
  • You are analytically strong and have an excellent understanding of numbers, but at the same time an understanding and interest in sales.
  • You possess solid stakeholder management skills and are used to work in an organization with tight deadlines.
  • You have a high professional drive and a strong analytical approach to every task, and you are a skilled IT user.
  • Your effectiveness is defined by good planning and time management.
  • You like to stretch your comfort zone and are willing to coach others.
  • You may have experience from a production site and production planning.
  • You may have SAP/APO experience, as Haribo is planning to implement SAP in the coming years.
  • You must be fluent in English and preferably fluent in a Scandinavian language as well.
