Marketing Project Manager – Nordics

We are looking for a skilled and committed ‘Marketing Project Manager – Nordics’ for our Nordic HQ in in the Copenhagen area. As part of our Nordic Marketing & Commercial Development department, you will drive marketing projects, you are Nordic responsible for one of our brands, and you will work closely with our Nordic Head of Marketing. In general, your tasks will have a cross-Nordic focus and you will be working closely together with our colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Primary tasks

• You are Nordic Brand Manager for MAOAM
• You drive cross-Nordic brand development projects on HARIBO brand
• You drive strategic cross-Nordic portfolio planning together with the local markets
• You are a close marketing sparring partner for our local markets
• You work closely with Category Management in developing customer presentations e.g. for Nordic launches and campaigns
• You work closely with the Nordic managers on strategic tasks e.g. brand planning process, NPD performance review structure, communications material for Nordic and global meetings.

Your profile

• MSc (Cand. Merc.) / B.Com. (HD part 2) or equivalent degree from university or business school, combined with min. 1-2 years of FMCG marketing experience,
• or Professions bachelor in Marketing or related, and min. 4-5 years project management experience from e.g. agency industry or similar
• Strong stake-holder management skills
• Extensive project management experience, and with a structured approach
• A commercial and analytical approach to projects
• A creative and idea driven mind-set
• Experienced user of PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Fluency in minimum one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) and in English (written and oral)
• A high level of motivation and engagement
