In this role, you will support colleagues across our Nordic organization in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, working with a variety of stakeholders daily. If you are energized by collaboration and love making a real impact, we would love to hear from you!

Our mix that awaits you

  • Collaborate closely with Category Managers to develop category insights for customer presentations, internal tracking and Nordic Management
  • Support the Category Management team by maintaining and updating standard reports based on Nielsen data
  • Lead the development of Nordic Key Account Manager (KAM) presentations for new product launches, ensuring compelling selling stories
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of our Nordic websites and Image Bank
  • Coordinate social media activations across the Nordics, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
  • Assist on NPD project coordination, focusing on master data creation, participating in key working meetings and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Work closely with Nordic managers on strategic initiatives, such as portfolio planning projects and the development of communication materials for Nordic and global meetings

Ingredients that you bring with you

  • AP Graduate in Marketing Management or equivalent degree from business school
  • Minimum 1-2 years of FMCG experience in Marketing, Sales or Category management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and project management experience
  • You can structure and prioritize your day and still feel committed if tasks sometimes land on your table with a short deadline
  • A pragmatic “I can do” attitude, when challenged
  • A commercial and analytical mindset
  • Motivated by tasks, where you can use a creative and idea driven approach combined with data
  • Your commitment and energy have a positive impact on your surroundings, and you contribute to a constructive working environment
  • Experienced user of Office 365
  • Previous experience in using NielsenIQ is a plus
  • Fluency in minimum one of the Scandinavian languages and in English (written and oral). It will be an advantage if you speak German, but not required
