The mix we would like you to bring with you:
Software and Applications:
- Office 365: Experienced in Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint including user support and troubleshooting.
- ServiceNow: Experience with ServiceNow for incident management, problem resolution, and ticket documentation.
- ITIL / Incident Management: Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks to streamline support processes and incident handling.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for internal processes and procedures.
Operating Systems and Device Management:
- Windows: Knowledge in installation, troubleshooting, and support of Windows 11 and older releases.
- MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager): Experience managing and deploying software, updates, and device policies.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Skilled in mobile device administration, including handling associated mobile subscriptions.
Networking and Remote Access:
- Cisco Networking: Basic understanding of Cisco network technology for configuration and troubleshooting.
- VPN and Remote Access: Knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting VPN connections and managing remote access solutions for remote workers.
Cloud and Directory Services:
- Active Directory (AD): Experience in user management, group policies, and basic troubleshooting in AD.
- Azure AD and Cloud Services: Understanding of cloud-based services and security principles for user management and access control in the cloud.
Cybersecurity and IoT:
- Cybersecurity: Fundamental security knowledge to support security measures and incident response.
- IoT: Familiarity with IoT devices and their integration within network environments.
Scripting and Automation:
- PowerShell and Automation: Basic scripting knowledge to automate routine IT tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
Print Solutions:
- Print: Experience with setup, troubleshooting, and support for print solutions in both office and production environments, including managing networked printers, print servers, and print workflows critical to production operations.
IT Procurement:
- IT Equipment Procurement: Experience in purchasing and managing IT equipment and related services.

- On-call Availability: Available to work on-call shifts during evenings and weekends as needed.

- Effective Communicator: Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to improve systems and processes, preventing future issues before they arise.
- Patience and Empathy: Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and provide support to users who may be frustrated or unfamiliar with IT tools.
- FMCG and Production Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique IT needs within fast-moving consumer goods and production environments.
Additional Qualifications:
- Certifications or educated within:
- Microsoft 365
- Foundational IT and network knowledge
- Cisco CCNA (basic Cisco networking certification)
- ITIL Foundation for knowledge in IT service management.
- Project Management: Experience leading smaller IT projects or change initiatives, such as new installations or system upgrades.
Languages:
- Danish and English: Fluent in both spoken and written forms.
- Other Nordic Languages: A plus.
