Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Customer Service Specialist to drive our customer service processes and ensure a high service level to our customers. You will be the coordinating link between sales, Nordic planners, our 3PL and the customers. You will also take part in improving processes within order handling. Knowledge with logistical task will be an advantage.

With your experience and insight, you balance daily operational tasks and solve sudden challenges, also when deadlines are tight. You have great stakeholder-management skills and team spirit, and you contribute to a positive working environment and continued development of smooth processes.

You will be part of the Nordic Supply Chain team working in our Nordic HQ in Vallensbæk and you will report to the Team Manager Customer Service.

Our mix that awaits you:

• Daily order processing of Danish orders and IC customers
• Daily support to our Danish customers and IC customers
• Daily follow-up on customer orders and secure on time deliveries with our 3PL
• Control of the fulfillment of deliveries, handling of return and goods acceptance problem
• Supply coordination of low stock on hand in the Danish DC as well as customer campaigns with the KAM teams and the Nordic planners
• Backup on customer support for Sweden, Norway and Finland

Ingredients that you bring with you:

• Experience within customer service or logistics
• Experience from FMCG
• You are a great communicator and fluent in Danish and English. Other Scandinavian languages are an advantage
• Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ERP-systems (Haribo has started a global roll out of SAP S4 Hana)
• Strive from working with short deadlines, solving sudden challenges
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• You have an analytical approach to work and an eye for details
• You are friendly with a positive mindset and show initiative
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience
