In this role, you will play a key part in our day-to-day operations, focusing on administrative tasks such as order handling, transport coordination, and ensuring a high level of customer service — primarily through email communication directly with customers. You’ll be the coordinating link between Sales, our Nordic Planners, 3PL partners, and our customers, helping to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Your team

The team consists of two team members based in Denmark, one team member in Finland, and is led by Mia, our Team Manager. Although spread across different countries, we work closely together, supporting each other and stepping in whenever needed to ensure a smooth and consistent service experience for our customers.

The position is temporary until 31 December 2025, but for the right person, there may be an opportunity to stay and grow within HARIBO.

Our mix that awaits you

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, handling the daily order processing for our Danish and IC customers. You’ll provide hands-on support to ensure smooth deliveries, working closely with our 3PL to guarantee on-time shipments.

Your role will also involve:

  • Managing returns and resolving delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating supply levels and handling low stock in the Danish DC, working alongside KAM teams and Nordic planners on customer campaigns
  • Offering backup support for our teams in Sweden, Norway, and Finland as needed, ensuring seamless cross-country collaboration

Ingredients that you bring with you

We’re looking for a new team member with experience from customer service or logistics—ideally within the dynamic FMCG industry. You’re a great communicator, fluent in both Danish and English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You bring structure and energy to your work, and you’re someone who enjoys solving challenges as they arise. With a positive mindset and a team-player attitude, you’ll be a key part of our collaborative Nordic setup.

To succeed in the role, you likely have:

  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana and Excel
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills

We recently went live with SAP, which is a new system for both the team and the business. Therefore, experience with SAP is a clear advantage, as we continue to build competence and optimize our workflows.

Nice to know

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:15, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:30. We value a collaborative office environment, so we'd love you to be present during these hours to connect with the team.
