HARIBO Lakrids A/S is looking for a Nordic Logistics Coordinator

Are you customer minded and have experience within FMCG? Do you have a background within logistics or supply chain? Do you see yourself working in a Nordic organization? And would you like to work with one of the strongest brands in sugar confectionary?

We are looking for a Nordic Logistics Coordinator to drive our logistics processes and ensure a high service level to our customers. You will be the coordinating link between sales, Nordic planners, our 3PL and the customers. You will also take part in improving processes within order handling and logistics.

With your long experience and insight, you balance daily operational tasks and solve sudden challenges, also when deadlines are tight. You have great stakeholder management skills and team spirit, and you contribute to a positive working environment and continued development of smooth processes.

You will be part of the Supply Chain team working in our Nordic Head Office in Vallensbæk and you will report to the Nordic Customer Service Manager.

Main tasks

  • Daily order processing of Danish orders and IC customers
  • Daily logistics support to our Danish customers and IC customers
  • Daily follow-up on customer orders and secure on time deliveries with our 3PL
  • Weekly follow-up on Case Fill Rate on customer level
  • Supply coordination of low stock on hand in the Danish DC as well as customer campaigns with the KAM teams and the Nordic planners
  • Stock alignment in the Nordic DC’s
  • Backup on logistics support for Sweden, Norway and Finland


  • Education within logistics or Supply Chain
  • Experience from FMCG
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within logistics or Supply Chain
  • Familiar with business and logistics KPIs
  • You are a great communicator and fluent in Danish and English. Other Scandinavian language is an advantage
  • Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP-systems (HARIBO has started a global roll out of SAP S4 Hana, with the Nordics late in the roll-out)
  • Strive from working with short deadlines, solving sudden challenges
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • You have an analytical approach to work and an eye for details
  • You are friendly with a positive mindset and show initiative
